We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at aerovantashop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items not in their original condition
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
